Preventing Fires Before They Start, Ensuring Steady Development — Ningfeng Chemical Successfully Held Fire Safety Training and Drill

To thoroughly implement the Scientific Outlook on Development, uphold the principle of “safety first, prevention foremost,” effectively prevent accidents, and enhance all employees’ awareness of workplace safety, our company’s Safety and Environmental Protection Department conducted a vivid “Machining Fire Safety” training session for all staff at our subsidiary, Ningfeng Chemical, on September 13, 2017.
This training session was entirely chaired by Yan Sibao, Manager of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, and consisted of two parts: an indoor briefing and an outdoor drill. The indoor session began with Manager Yan providing a detailed overview of production safety, including its key policies and principles, the characteristics of machining operations and associated safety precautions, emergency response procedures, and fire‑safety knowledge. Following the indoor briefing, to achieve realistic, hands‑on practice and enhance the team’s ability to evacuate safely, Manager Yan led all employees in an outdoor fire‑safety emergency drill. The drill covered critical aspects such as on‑site emergency response and reporting after a fire, rescue operations at the scene, and the investigation and handling of safety incidents.

Through this fire‑safety training and drill, all employees of Ningfeng have gained a deeper understanding of fire prevention and firefighting principles, mastered the proper procedures for operating common fire‑extinguishing equipment, and placed greater emphasis on fire safety in the production process. Moreover, the exercise enhanced interdepartmental coordination and collaboration, laying a solid foundation for conducting production activities efficiently and in an orderly manner going forward.
