This tour company has divided its employees into three groups based on their length of service: The first group consists of employees with five or more years of service (including five years). Their travel period is from August 3 to August 7, and their itinerary includes Zhangjiajie Forest Park, the Tianmen Mountain Glass Skywalk, and Fenghuang Ancient Town. The second group comprises employees with three or more but less than five years of service. They will travel from August 9 to August 12, with an itinerary that takes them to Hangzhou, Wuzhen, Xitang, and Thousand Island Lake. The third group includes employees with one or more but less than three years of service. They will travel from August 10 to August 12, with an itinerary featuring Huangshan Mountain, Tunxi Old Street, Shui Mo Hongcun Village, and Yuanfang Rafting. In addition, employees holding bachelor’s or master’s degrees can each add one year or three years, respectively, to their existing length of service. Overall, this tour has achieved a participation rate of 60%.

Recently, at the 16th Shanghai International Chemical Equipment Expo held at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center, our company actively participated as an exhibitor. The biennial 2023 China Titanium Valley International Titanium Industry Expo opened on the 20th at the Baoji International Convention and Exhibition Center in Shaanxi Province. This year’s expo brought together 223 exhibiting companies, setting a new record for the largest scale yet. Experts, scholars, and industry leaders from across the country are using this expo as a platform to analyze industry trends, build industry consensus, collaborate, and jointly promote the high-quality development of the titanium and new materials industries, taking their advancement to a new level.
In accordance with the spirit of the document “Several Measures for Accelerating the Development of Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprises” (Ningzhengbanfa [2021] No. 61), in order to encourage enterprises to increase their R&D investment, focus on core technologies, deepen their expertise in niche markets, continuously generate high-quality patents, and promote the high-quality development of specialized, refined, unique, and innovative enterprises, the Nanjing Intellectual Property Bureau has organized the first round of application and evaluation for intellectual property-intensive products. This selection process is open exclusively to a total of 570 enterprises—namely, those recognized at the national and provincial levels as specialized, refined, unique, and innovative enterprises, as well as city-level enterprises included in the database for cultivation as specialized, refined, unique, and innovative enterprises. YouTian’s “Metal Hafnium” product has been awarded this recognition.
