Basking in the Summer Sun, Leisurely on the Road—The Company Organizes the 2018 Annual Summer Employee Travel Program

To enrich employees’ cultural lives, demonstrate the company’s people‑centric management approach, and provide a chance for them to unwind after work, while also strengthening team spirit, fostering mutual understanding across departments, and enhancing their sense of belonging and cohesion within the Youtian family, the company has specially organized this summer outing.
This time, the travel company has divided employees into three groups based on their length of service: The first group comprises employees with five years or more of service; their trip will take place from August 3 to August 7, with an itinerary that includes Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, the Tianmen Mountain Glass Skywalk, and the ancient town of Fenghuang. The second group consists of employees with three years or more but less than five years of service; their tour is scheduled for August 9–12, featuring Hangzhou, Wuzhen, Xitang, and Qiandao Lake. The third group includes employees with one year or more but less than three years of service; their trip runs from August 10 to August 12, with an itinerary covering Mount Huangshan, Tunxi Old Street, the picturesque Hongcun Village, and Yuanfang Rafting. In addition, employees holding bachelor’s or master’s degrees may receive an additional year or three years, respectively, added to their existing length of service. Overall, this round of travel covers approximately 60% of eligible employees.
As the company continues to grow and its workforce expands, employee well-being has become increasingly important, and efforts to build a strong corporate culture have taken on greater significance. Tourism, in particular, plays a vital role in this cultural‑building process. This event not only provided employees with an opportunity to unwind and reconnect with nature but also fostered deeper mutual understanding among departments, colleagues, spouses, and friends. From May 7 to 9, 2026, the 13th China International Titanium Industry Exhibition (TIEXPO 2026) was grandly held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). As the world’s largest and most influential specialized trade show in the titanium industry, this edition of the event was themed “New Cooperation, New Markets, New Opportunities,” bringing together over 300 companies from the titanium and rare‑metal supply chain across 25 countries and regions to showcase cutting-edge technologies, innovative products, and comprehensive system solutions.
As light and shadow dance, they capture another year’s journey of hard work and dedication; As vows resound with conviction, they stir the lofty aspirations and indomitable spirit of the new year; On January 17, 2026, before a signature wall brimming with wishes and confidence, under the inspiring theme “Together, we strive to create a better life,” the company’s 2025 Annual Summary Conference officially commenced.
Time flies, and the years pass like a song. On December 23, Nanjing YouTian held a warm and solemn retirement ceremony for Comrades Zhang Qihu and Huang Juan, who have accompanied the company through seven remarkable years. Company leaders and colleagues from various departments gathered together, offering flowers, heartfelt applause, and sincere wishes to pay their highest respects to these two long‑serving employees who have dedicated themselves quietly to their roles, and jointly witnessed the graceful conclusion of their distinguished careers.
From April 23 to 26, local time, the 2025 Titanium Expo grandly opened at the Baoji International Convention and Exhibition Center. Nanjing Youtian Metal Technology Co., Ltd. (Booth No. D130 in Hall 3) made a striking appearance with an extensive lineup of zirconium and hafnium metal materials and advanced value-added products, quickly becoming one of the exhibition’s highlights.
A Year-End Gala: Co-Creating Brilliance On January 26, 2025, Nanjing Youtian Metal Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Yichu New Materials Co., Ltd. kicked off their grand annual gala in Xinyi, Jiangsu. All employees gathered together, reflecting on the past and looking ahead to the future amid laughter and joy!
Recently, at the 16th Shanghai International Chemical Equipment Exhibition held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai, our company participated as an exhibitor, engaging actively with customers on industry trends, product applications, and price dynamics. Overall, the event was a resounding success. In preparation for the show, we made thorough arrangements, extending invitations to longstanding clients, industry experts, and peers. During the exhibition setup, we meticulously curated our display, presenting a uniquely designed booth and a diverse array of products, which earned widespread acclaim from both exhibitors and visitors alike.
