A Match Made in Heaven: You Tian Successfully Hosts Chess Tournament

To further promote the company’s spiritual civilization, enrich employees’ spiritual lives, enhance the cohesion and solidarity of the workforce, and create a healthy and vibrant work atmosphere and environment, enabling employees to devote themselves to their work with full enthusiasm, You Tian successfully held a chess and Gomoku tournament on November 17, 2017, at 4 p.m. in the cafeteria on the third floor.
The organizing department for this competition is the Human Resources Department. The participants include You Tian and its subsidiary, Ningfeng Chemical, totaling 50 people—18 in chess and 32 in Gomoku. The competition primarily adopts a single-elimination format: in chess, each match is decided by a single game; in Gomoku, a best-of-three format is used, with the losing side being eliminated and the winning side advancing to the next round until the first-, second-, and third-place winners are determined. Prizes for this competition are divided into participation awards and ranking awards. Participation awards consist of daily necessities, including toothbrushes, soap, glass thermos cups, and hand creams. Ranking awards are SuGuo shopping cards with face values of 100 yuan and 200 yuan, respectively.
During the competition, all participants gave their best efforts and faced the challenges with composure. The spectators demonstrated admirable sportsmanship by watching silently and without comment. The atmosphere at the venue was both intense and tense yet friendly and joyful. After several rounds of fierce competition, Mr. Chen Huaihao, General Manager, emerged as the champion of the Chinese chess tournament; Ning Feng Migang took second place, and Sun Shengjun, Marketing Director, placed third. In the Gomoku tournament, Zeng Tingwei, Marketing Department Manager, claimed first place, while Pang Kairu from the Finance Department and Zheng Rubao, Workshop Director, finished second and third respectively.

From August 23 to 25, the 15th Shanghai International Chemical Equipment Expo was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. This expo brought together numerous high-quality companies specializing in chemical equipment and chemical materials, making it a grand industry networking event.

The biennial 2023 China Titanium Valley International Titanium Industry Expo opened on the 20th at the Baoji International Convention and Exhibition Center in Shaanxi Province. This year’s expo brought together 223 exhibiting companies, setting a new record for the largest scale yet. Experts, scholars, and industry leaders from across the country are using this expo as a platform to analyze industry trends, build industry consensus, collaborate, and jointly promote the high-quality development of the titanium and new materials industries, taking their advancement to a new level.
In accordance with the spirit of the document “Several Measures for Accelerating the Development of Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprises” (Ningzhengbanfa [2021] No. 61), in order to encourage enterprises to increase their R&D investment, focus on core technologies, deepen their expertise in niche markets, continuously generate high-quality patents, and promote the high-quality development of specialized, refined, unique, and innovative enterprises, the Nanjing Intellectual Property Bureau has organized the first round of application and evaluation for intellectual property-intensive products. This selection process is open exclusively to a total of 570 enterprises—namely, those recognized at the national and provincial levels as specialized, refined, unique, and innovative enterprises, as well as city-level enterprises included in the database for cultivation as specialized, refined, unique, and innovative enterprises. YouTian’s “Metal Hafnium” product has been awarded this recognition.
