YouTian conducts internal performance management training.

Performance management is a critical component of corporate governance, with the ultimate goal of boosting profitability. Without a scientifically sound and well‑designed performance‑management system, companies are prone to issues such as poor interdepartmental collaboration, low employee motivation, buck‑passing among staff, inconsistent product quality, and difficulty retaining top talent. The resulting consequences include the inability to achieve strategic objectives, uncontrolled production and operating costs, and sluggish improvements in economic performance. At present, Youtian is poised for leapfrog growth; therefore, it is of paramount importance to swiftly establish a performance‑management system that aligns with the company’s specific circumstances and is both practical and actionable.
From February 25 to 28, 2022, a six-member delegation led by the company’s general manager and deputy general manager—comprising representatives from the Finance, Human Resources, and Quality departments—attended the “Performance System Implementation Program 10.0,” presented by Yang Zhentian, Chief Mentor for Performance Execution at PinYu Consulting Group. Following four days of intensive training, the company’s mid- and senior-level leaders gained a fresh understanding of performance management and acquired a solid grasp of the principles, methodologies, procedures, and tools required for its effective implementation.

Building on this foundation, and to deepen all employees’ understanding of performance management while dispelling common misconceptions—such as the notion that “performance management is just an excuse to dock wages”—on March 5, under the auspices of the Human Resources Department, General Manager Chen Huaihao, after thoroughly digesting the key points presented by Instructor Yang, conducted an internal, company-wide follow-up training session tailored to the organization’s specific circumstances.
At the meeting, General Manager Chen provided an in-depth overview of four key areas: ① the company’s strategy, including product positioning, market positioning, and medium- to long-term development goals; ② the concept of compensation, along with the dimensions and steps involved in its design; ③ the methods, principles, and procedures for performance appraisal; and ④ the employee career‑development planning system. General Manager Chen emphasized that all Yuantian employees have come together driven by their lives, their aspirations for wealth, or their sense of life’s purpose, and that the company deeply values each and every one of them. He added that the ultimate goal of performance management is to achieve a win‑win outcome for both the company and its individuals.
A variety of learning formats—including PPT-based instruction, quiz contests with prizes, group study and discussion, and point‑based competitions—help participants maintain their enthusiasm and focus throughout the six-hour, cram‑style training session.

After four days of external training and one day of internal refresher sessions, the company has achieved varying levels of understanding of performance management across all levels. Mid‑ and senior‑level managers have largely mastered the principles and methodologies for designing performance‑management systems, while frontline employees now grasp the ultimate objectives of such practices, significantly enhancing their buy‑in. This has laid a solid foundation for advancing the company’s performance‑management initiatives.

Time flies, and the years pass like a song. On December 23, Nanjing YouTian held a warm and solemn retirement ceremony for Comrades Zhang Qihu and Huang Juan, who have accompanied the company through seven remarkable years. Company leaders and colleagues from various departments gathered together, offering flowers, heartfelt applause, and sincere wishes to pay their highest respects to these two long‑serving employees who have dedicated themselves quietly to their roles, and jointly witnessed the graceful conclusion of their distinguished careers.
From April 23 to 26, local time, the 2025 Titanium Expo grandly opened at the Baoji International Convention and Exhibition Center. Nanjing Youtian Metal Technology Co., Ltd. (Booth No. D130 in Hall 3) made a striking appearance with an extensive lineup of zirconium and hafnium metal materials and advanced value-added products, quickly becoming one of the exhibition’s highlights.
A Year-End Gala: Co-Creating Brilliance On January 26, 2025, Nanjing Youtian Metal Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Yichu New Materials Co., Ltd. kicked off their grand annual gala in Xinyi, Jiangsu. All employees gathered together, reflecting on the past and looking ahead to the future amid laughter and joy!
Recently, at the 16th Shanghai International Chemical Equipment Exhibition held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai, our company participated as an exhibitor, engaging actively with customers on industry trends, product applications, and price dynamics. Overall, the event was a resounding success. In preparation for the show, we made thorough arrangements, extending invitations to longstanding clients, industry experts, and peers. During the exhibition setup, we meticulously curated our display, presenting a uniquely designed booth and a diverse array of products, which earned widespread acclaim from both exhibitors and visitors alike.
