Corporate strategy serves as the action plan for achieving the company’s development goals, while team execution is the fundamental guarantee for effectively implementing that strategy. If employees lack sufficient execution capability, even the most brilliant strategy will remain nothing more than empty talk on paper. Therefore, to further enhance employee execution capabilities and boost the company’s market competitiveness, the company has invited instructors from Dongjia Education to conduct a special training session on high-efficiency execution for middle- and senior-level managers as well as employee representatives.

During this training session, the instructor focused closely on “high-efficiency execution” and provided a detailed explanation of the five key factors that influence execution: a sense of responsibility, results-oriented thinking, a “wolf-like” mindset, a management philosophy characterized by high standards and strict requirements, and an attitude of gratitude. To spark everyone’s interest in the training content and help them gain a deeper understanding of it, the instructor interspersed vivid and engaging short stories such as “The Three Mice Stealing Oil,” “The Pearl Story,” and “Xiao Wang Buys Books.” When discussing the company’s product quality, the instructor also used a clip from the film “Haier CEO” showing the act of smashing refrigerators, enabling participants to truly appreciate the critical importance of product quality and recognize their own sense of responsibility.

To help everyone consolidate the training content and ensure that the two-hour-plus session wasn’t merely a formality, the company organized an efficient execution implementation sharing session half a month later. Through reviewing the training material, conducting quiz competitions with prizes, and sharing personal insights and experiences, the session significantly boosted everyone’s enthusiasm for learning. Moreover, by dividing participants into groups, the session provided an opportunity for practical演练—demonstrating remarkable execution power and team cohesion in their quest to win the championship. With rich learning content coupled with a strong willingness to learn, the effectiveness of this training event speaks for itself.  

During the training, General Manager Chen Huaihao repeatedly emphasized that, in the face of today’s challenging international situation and the dual pressures posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, both enterprises and individual employees must learn to continuously enhance their core competitiveness.
