During this training session, the instructor focused closely on “high‑efficiency execution,” thoroughly explaining the five key factors that influence it: a sense of responsibility, a results‑oriented mindset, a “wolf‑pack” mentality, a management philosophy of high standards and rigorous expectations, and a grateful heart. To help participants reinforce the training material and ensure that the two-plus-hour session was more than just a formality, the company organized an implementation‑sharing session half a month later. By reviewing the training content, hosting a quiz with prizes, and encouraging participants to share their insights and takeaways, the event significantly boosted everyone’s motivation to learn.
