The company organized employees to participate in a closed-door management training session on Sun Tzu’s Art of War led by the commander-in-chief.

From June 12 to 14, 2020, the company organized mid- and high-level managers and employee representatives to participate in a closed-door management training session on “Commanding and Executing Military Strategies,” organized by Dongjia Education.
This training session was personally led by Mr. Lu Jiandong, Chairman of Dongjia Education. The training content focused closely on four key areas—people, systems, culture, and processes—and profoundly explained what true execution entails, as well as the six essential steps of an effective execution system. True execution is people-centered, involves continuously strengthening both institutional and cultural development, and builds a replicable system. For a company, only by integrating hard systems with soft culture can it achieve a perfect balance between strength and flexibility, and take organizational management to its ultimate level.
At the very beginning of the training, Teacher Lu divided the more than 260 participants into six temporary teams. Throughout the three-day training period, the teams engaged in intense competition for points through various activities, including quick-response quizzes during class, team-line-up presentations, and PPT demonstrations showcasing their learning outcomes—ultimately determining the winning team. To clinch the team championship, every participant—from answering questions in class to practicing team drills after hours and even creating PPTs—displayed an unprecedented level of enthusiasm: everyone eagerly spoke up, actively participated, and contributed ideas and suggestions...

Through this training, on the one hand, a solid foundation has been laid for enhancing the management capabilities of mid- and high-level managers; on the other hand, it has further strengthened team cohesion among the company’s employees. In our future work, we will unite even more closely and truly apply the six steps of the execution system flexibly to our daily tasks. In the near future, You Tian’s business will surely flourish!
