Today, Nanjing YouTian has already reached its tenth anniversary, and how to forge ahead into the next decade has become the shared goal of every member of the YouTian family. To steer the company’s development in the right direction and align employees’ mindsets and actions, the company has made corporate culture building a key priority for this year.
Under the guidance of Dongjia Education, Nanjing Youtian, in alignment with the company’s strategic direction, development goals, and existing challenges, has established its own corporate culture—encompassing its vision, mission, core values, and guiding principles. To ensure that all employees deeply understand the significance of this corporate culture and embrace it in both spirit and practice, the company held a grand Corporate Culture Rally on August 24, 2020.
This meeting was exceptionally rich in content, featuring a morale‑boosting showcase, the general manager’s account of the company’s founding journey, insights from senior leadership on corporate culture and team building, personal reflections from employee representatives on their experiences with the corporate ethos, a formal appointment ceremony, a rewards‑and‑penalties ceremony, and a farewell gathering for retiring employees. During the morale‑showcase segment, every member of the “Hero Team” radiated energy and confidence, an inspiring spirit that greatly motivated all other staff. As the general manager shared his personal story of entrepreneurship and expounded on the company’s core values, everyone gained a profound appreciation for the challenges he faced and felt immense pride in being part of the YouTian family. This session also deepened their understanding of YouTian’s corporate culture, reinforcing their commitment to growing together with the company. In the awards and disciplinary portion, General Manager Chen emphasized that both recognizing outstanding employees and addressing performance issues must be timely and transparent, ensuring that those involved take these measures to heart—encouraging high performers to strive even further while motivating those who erred to learn from their mistakes. At the retirement celebration, General Manager Chen fondly recalled the many years he had spent alongside three long‑time colleagues, from the day they first met to the countless moments they worked side by side. His heartfelt remembrance was deeply moving; to him, these individuals were not merely employees but mentors and comrades-in-arms, having dedicated over a decade of their lives to YouTian. Their dedication and selflessness are qualities every young colleague can and should aspire to emulate.

From May 7 to 9, 2026, the 13th China International Titanium Industry Exhibition (TIEXPO 2026) was grandly held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). As the world’s largest and most influential specialized trade show in the titanium industry, this edition of the event was themed “New Cooperation, New Markets, New Opportunities,” bringing together over 300 companies from the titanium and rare‑metal supply chain across 25 countries and regions to showcase cutting-edge technologies, innovative products, and comprehensive system solutions.

From April 23 to 26, local time, the 2025 Titanium Expo grandly opened at the Baoji International Convention and Exhibition Center. Nanjing Youtian Metal Technology Co., Ltd. (Booth No. D130 in Hall 3) made a striking appearance with an extensive lineup of zirconium and hafnium metal materials and advanced value-added products, quickly becoming one of the exhibition’s highlights.
