Environmental and Safety Department
To further enhance employees’ awareness of fire safety, strengthen their ability to respond to emergencies and effectively extinguish fires, and ensure they know how to properly use fire-fighting equipment and master methods and procedures for self-rescue and evacuation, the Safety and Environmental Protection Department organized two fire emergency drills on October 25 and December 8, with strong support from the company’s General Manager and cooperation from all departments, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the company’s emergency response plan.
The first emergency drill primarily focused on training R&D and technical personnel by simulating a fire alarm at the R&D testing center. This time, however, the drill mainly focuses on training relevant personnel in the event of a fire alarm occurring in the production workshop.

This event consists of two main phases: First, the evacuation procedure was initiated. As soon as the alarm sounded, the command team promptly arrived at the designated location to lead the evacuation. Under the guidance of the command team, all employees quickly and orderly evacuated along the designated safe routes to a secure area. Second, there was a briefing on fire safety knowledge and hands-on practice with firefighting equipment. After reaching the safe zone, the Safety and Environmental Protection Department provided employees with a detailed explanation of fire safety principles and demonstrated the correct methods for using fire extinguishers and other firefighting equipment, ensuring that every employee could master the proper operation of fire extinguishers. To further reinforce the practical skills learned, several fire extinguishers and fire buckets were set up on-site, allowing employees to practice extinguishing fires firsthand and personally experience the sensation of using a fire extinguisher to put out a blaze.

Through repeated fire emergency drills, all employees will master the correct methods for emergency evacuation and become familiar with the procedures and routes for urgent evacuations, ensuring that emergency response efforts can be carried out quickly, efficiently, and in an orderly manner.
Going forward, the company will uphold a long-term safety prevention mechanism and continue to carry out a series of safety education and training exercises. Each exercise will be treated as a realistic, on-the-ground drill, ensuring that in the event of a disaster, employees remain calm, evacuation is orderly, arrangements are well-organized, and self-rescue efforts are timely.
