On the morning of September 14, 2018, accompanied by leaders including Director Zhao Houjun and Deputy Researcher Yuan Ping from the Approval Division of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Commerce, Deputy Director Jiang Qianliang of the Bureau of Industrial Security and Import‑Export Control under the Ministry of Commerce, Director Wang Changjiang of the Licensing and Control Division, as well as other officials at various levels and enterprise representatives—totaling more than sixty people—visited our company for an inspection and guidance tour. On the afternoon of April 27, Ye Hui, Executive Director of Nanjing Youtian Metal Technology Co., Ltd., hosted a delegation from an investment firm at the company. The two sides exchanged views on advancing in-depth cooperation, with Vice President of Finance Zhuang Qian, Marketing Director Sun Shengjun, Administrative Director Wang Chengwei, and others in attendance. General Manager Ye began by welcoming the visiting delegation, briefly outlining Youtian’s founding background, its production and operations, industry standing, and ongoing projects. He then provided a detailed overview of the company’s core product—crystalline hafnium—including its technical principles, development roadmap, quality‑control measures, and application areas. He emphasized that hafnium materials are of critical importance to the national economy and defense‑related endeavors.

Basking in the Summer Sun, Leisurely on the Road—The Company Organizes the 2018 Annual Summer Employee Travel Program

To enrich employees’ cultural lives, demonstrate the company’s people‑oriented management, and provide a chance for them to relax after work, while also strengthening team spirit, fostering mutual understanding across departments, and enhancing their sense of belonging and cohesion within the YouTian family, the company has specially organized this summer travel event. For this trip, employees were divided into three groups based on their length of service: the first group includes those with five or more years of service; their travel dates are August 3–7, with an itinerary that covers Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, the Tianmen Mountain Glass Skywalk, and the ancient town of Fenghuang. The second group comprises employees with three or more but less than five years of service.

Learning Knows No Bounds — The 2018 Jiangning District Intellectual Property “Hundred Enterprises, Thousand People” Training Program Concludes Successfully

In 2017, in accordance with the spirit of the Jiangning District Science and Technology Bureau’s “Notice on Launching the 2017 Jiangning District Intellectual Property ‘Hundred Enterprises, Thousand Personnel’ Training Program,” the company organized twelve sessions of training, yielding substantial benefits. To consolidate the knowledge gained and further strengthen the company’s overall intellectual property capabilities, this year, with the support of the Jiangning District Science and Technology Bureau, we once again conducted a specialized intellectual property training program lasting more than a month. This round of training comprised five sessions, primarily targeting the Development, R&D, Technical, and Legal departments. Grounded in the company’s practical needs, the program focused on courses related to patent mining and patent management.

On the morning of May 24, 2018, the unveiling ceremony for the “Joint Laboratory on Advanced Materials of Transition Metals and Semiconductors” between Nanjing Youtian Metal Technology Co., Ltd. and the Institute of Semiconductors of the Chinese Academy of Sciences was solemnly held at the Zhonglang Holiday Hotel. Attending the ceremony were Chen Huaihao, General Manager of Youtian Metal; Wei Jie, Director of the R&D Department; Wang Chengwei, Administrative Director; Fan Zhijun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Institute of Semiconductors, CAS; Wang Zhijie, Director of the Key Laboratory of Materials Science; and Yang Shaoyan, Leader of the Ultra-Wide Bandgap Semiconductor Materials Research Group.
